www.godzone.in has a customer friendly return and refund policy to provide you with a world class shopping experience and to ensure your online purchase is hassle-free.There is a 48 hours of free return option. At www.godzone.in we give you the same importance & attention both pre and post purchase. With your support and feedback we are constantly working ot improve our products/services and are constantly working to ensure that our refund/return policies also give you hassle-free experience.
At www.godzone.in we allow easy refund/returns for the below mentioned issues:
1. If the product delivered is different than listed on www.goz.com
2. If the product is received by you in ‘damaged/defective/broken’ condition
Return/Refund Terms & Conditions:
1.All products must be returned in the original condition they were received in, along with any bills and labels/tags still attached. Please inform our customer care in the event that one or more products are delivered without labels/tags. There is a 48 hours free returns window, so please register/submit your request within 48 Hours of receipt of the product. Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
2. Return of a product/s will be accepted only if they are returned in their original packaging. To be eligjible for return, products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
3.In case of bulk orderd (more than 5 products in an order), return & refund will not be possible.
HOW TO RAISE A RETURN/REFUND REQUEST
Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 48 Hours of delivery. Photographs of the damaged/defective/broken products received are required to be submited via email, so that we can initiate the return/refund process after verification. Please mention your shipment and order details in the email. We might take up to 72 hours to respond to your request.
REFUND MODE AND TIMELINES
Refund will be initiated & processed once your return product is received at our center. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will credit the amount back to you with in 7-10 working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). It may also take additional 1-7 days for the amount to reflect in your credit/Debit/Wallet/Bank account based on your bank’s internal policies and processes.
